In general, the answer is YES. You need to know the local differences, you need to cope with different mentality of people, you need to be extra careful with contracts and with payments. But we can help you to deal with everything you may encounter in the process.

Can I buy a property or just a business?

Good question. Actually, as a foreigner, your options of obtaining the building or land are limited. It is possible, to do it and we can guide you through the process. But the most convenient and safe way is to rent some smaller business and check  the waters first. We are here to advise, but the decision making is yours.

Can I do it all by myself?

Sure. But we strongly recommend you to consult your business ideas with us first. There is a lot of potential hidden problems that need to be checked and handled. Doing any business decision in Thailand for the first time by yourself is a big risk.
