What do I need to pay?

Basically, your payments can be divided into three categories:

Long time rent, usually paid on a monthly basis
One time paid Deposit to the owner of the property – depends on agreement with the landlord, can be 1, 2 or 3 months rent and is paid back to you upon finishing the rental contract in agreed time
Our monthly maintenance fee, covering looking after your property, dealing with landlord, managing maintenance and fixes, dealing with services providers, governement and municipality, handling customers on the spot etc.
